2D Floor Plan Services Include
- Building a workable set of drawings for future moves and changes
- Transposing hard copy information into CAD for as-built or maintenance records
- Emergency information drawings to show, for example, emergency exit routes and assembly points
- Drawing and verifying floor plans after an on-site survey
- Existing and proposed drawings to show the scope of a project
- Tidying up floor plans and drawings, addressing both visual and background CAD considerations.
I am committed to creating precise, to-scale drawings based on the information provided. This careful approach ensures that the software can calculate accurate details, including floor area, cable distances, or quantities of light fittings, for example. I will also highlight possible areas of health and safety concern regarding numbers of desks or circulation space.
While my drawings are created to scale, I typically print or convert to PDF in the most convenient and accommodating size, ensuring optimal accessibility and clarity.
